Last week, we unleashed our Mortal Kombat podcast review.
In the episode, we went into some detail of the film’s origins as part of our production chat. A great deal of the information came from an in-depth article from The Hollywood Reporter (THR) for the film’s 20th anniversary – which can be found here. It’s a recommended read for any MK fans, featuring interviews from all the key players.
THR are obviously big fans, as last year they made an amusing reunion video where they interview Linden Ashby (Johnny Cage) and Robin Shou (Lui Kang)… whilst playing the original Mortal Kombat arcade.
And yes, Robin Shou’s hair still looks amazing!
